Chest
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

I love the material, fit and look of the tshirt, but there’s definitely a defect you guys have with the pocket. I’ve had 3 of these T-shirts now and a hole has occurred by the second/third wash (washing at 30/no tumble dry), where the pocket attaches to the top.
As always, your customer service has been great resolving credits/refunds, but this is a manufacturing issue.
