Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.

I really love the jacket! Its cool and confy. I bought a large since it was marked as “runs large”. It was WAY to Big! My husband desided to keep it and I ordered another in medium 😉. The inside is a little rough.
