I ordered this jacket as a gift to myself for the up coming winter months. I live in a colder climate up north in the midwest, our winters get brutal around here. So far it’s been AMAZING. I ordered a size up since we usually have to put on a lot of layers, I didn’t realize it ran larger so I probably could’ve ordered my usual size.
It got held in customs for about 4 days but other than that the shipping was super direct and fast.

This coat arrived yesterday (16 days to ship to the PNW!) and is well-made, cozy, and warm, exactly what I was looking for. It feels like it will last forever. The knit cuffs are thick and soft. The interior pocket is enormous. The side pockets are lined in cozy fleece and weren't too low for me to use at all, just about at the perfect length for my arms (which are... average length?). The interior gold is gorgeous and way most subtle than I had anticipated. It's a beautiful coat and it kept me warm and dry walking my kids to school this morning in 45 degree driving rain; I think it will do well down into the 30s and below.
I would definitely say it runs big. I'm a size 8/ true medium, ordered a medium and I think the small would probably fit me better, but with the shipping time there's no way I'm going to risk sending it back for an exchange and not seeing it again until spring. I love this coat, five stars, I'm a Passenger convert in a Patagonia town.
