Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.

This seems to be my go to whenever the weather turns cold. It’s great for wearing out for walks and hikes as an extra warm layer. I took it camping with me recently too and was lovely for the cool evenings. Love the oatmeal colour and the colour details on the sleeves and zips.
